Excelmolde - Tecnologia de Moldes, Lda began its activity in September 1991, joining a group of specialized technicians in injection moulds production and development, for the plastics industry. The company soon intended to develop in this market segment meeting the demands of flexibility, quality and technology on time. In 2001 the management board and social bodies of the company were changed. The current partners, have defined a strategy to restructure the company, believing in the company's potentialities and in the increase of its market competitiveness, which will be largely supported by the high experience of the partners in this sector. Thus, a significant increase of Excelmolde's activity is expected, which will bet in the development of avant-garde technology and new equipment, making possible the production of higher dimension moulds of a strong technological component. The adoption of this strategy will allow Excelmolde to reinforce its position and open new perspectives in more demanding markets. The permanent investment has allowed Excelmolde to increase its turnover.
